Root Canal treatment

Root Canal treatment usually involves the removal of the diseased/dead tooth's pulp (nerve and blood vessels). Once removed, it is replaced with materials that seal off the root canal from bone supporting the tooth's root. The treatment usually involves from one to three visits to the dentist.
